I want to ev train a blaziken s i have a lv. 1 Torchic. I mean evovle Torchic into blaziken before I ev train or should I ev train if an Torchic?
You do not NEED Pokerus but as I said the SilentG better to have him, because EVs increases even higher.

when you ev train don’t let it level up or this will not work after you have done ev training give your charmander a rare candy and it’s stat boost in sp attack will be very high
